Pre-installation site survey: After the user purchases OVERTOP products (subject to the contract with the agent), OVERTOP will dispatch OVERTOP certified engineers to the user site to conduct pre-installation surveys according to user requirements. Provide specific requirements for the load-bearing and operating environment (temperature, humidity, dust, sunshine, corrosive gas, etc.) of the equipment system installation. It also issues a site survey report to assist users in arranging the preliminary work in place.
Power transformation suggestions: Provide power transformation suggestions based on the user's specific on-site power conditions, including input lines, output line transformation, equipment power distribution, user grounding conditions, air switch conditions, strong and weak current layouts, etc.
Free on-site training: When the OVERTOP UPS is installed and opened, the top certified engineer will conduct an on-site training for the user. The target is the user's equipment maintenance personnel.
